A New Zealand contemporary design where two six-level towers are connected via an atrium walkway. Aspects of the local environment, in particular the dark volcanic colors found throughout Takapuna.


92 apartments are being constructed in two joined buildings. There are a mix of 1 and 2 bed designs, boasting flexible, contemporary design with good natural light. The outdoor swimming pool is adjacent to The Auburn Reserve, which offers communal green space that helps to preserve the views / aspect from the apartments.
