He has strength in construction programme preparation and analysis. Dominic uses his considerable experience in contractual management and logistics to optimise delivery schedules and commercial outcomes for CMP’s clients.
Dominic has also been instrumental in driving the process for CMP to accreditation for its quality assurance, health and safety and environmental management systems.

In New Zealand he has completed contracts in all areas of commercial and residential construction, including multi-storey apartments, multi-million dollar homes and leaky building remediation. He received a NZ Institute of Building Excellence in the building professions award in the $10-$25 million category in 2014 and was also a finalist in these awards for his management of the refurbishment of Victoria Park Market, Auckland.

James has a strong background in large scale projects including very complex apartment builds and has worked in the construction industry for more than 19 years. He worked for CMP initially as a Project Manager, but for the last 3 years as a Pre-Construction Manager. James has an Honours degree in Engineering.
Extremely adept at value engineering, James works through every aspect of a project and finding opportunities for increasing buildability, cost effectiveness and accelerated programming, without sacrificing quality: improved cost effectiveness through solutions such as prefabrication, material substitution, and alternative methodologies. His technical design and construction experience is complemented by his strong commercial and contractual application and collaborative working style.
James is recognised by the industry for his superior capability in leadership and management and can draw the right people together to find the best options for cost effectiveness and buildability.
