  • Growth for growth’s sake is dangerous in this business.

OUR CULTURE

CMP Construction’s 30-year proven track record means we attract quality people who want to work with us because they know we have high standards and work on great projects. We foster a strong sense of commitment to our projects. At CMP we believe that achieving work-life balance matters and therefore we ensure that our projects are not under-resourced and our staff are not overworked.

We’re very hands on. We function best when we can easily access each other and our clients. We treat everyone we meet with respect, fairness and consideration. We aim to cultivate a transparent, responsive work environment in which knowledge and expertise is willingly shared. We encourage our people to be friendly, helpful and collaborative. We foster clear and effective communication.

We stand by what we do – with every building, every time, completing our projects the way we promised we would. On time, within budget. Buildings that people will appreciate and enjoy living and working in. Buildings that we'd be really proud to live or work in ourselves. In fact we manage the building of them as if they were our own. We don't cut corners and neither do our subcontractors.
