After two years of design and value engineering on an ECI basis CMP secured the first 3 of the last 9 buildings to be built at Fairway Gardens in Howick/Pakuranga.
Comprising 1 x 2 level Apartment building, 1 x 3 level Apartment building, and 1 x 3 level Care facility constructed with Mass timber (CLT), pre-cut/pre-nail, bathroom pods from Australia, and prefabricated balconies, there is a lot of careful coordination and a lot of ball’s in the air to get $48M of work undertaken in just over a year.
