CMP Projects range from multi-level apartment complexes and office towers to retirement villages, industrial buildings and warehouses, primarily based in Auckland and Wellington. One of our projects is the largest apartment complex in New Zealand with 800 apartments. We also undertake remediation of commercial leaky buildings and historical refurbishment. The value of each of our projects ranges from $10-$150 million.
