Project Description
Rose Garden Apartments, next to Albany Lakes Reserve, will be the largest apartment complex in New Zealand, with over 800 apartments. CMP is currently constructing Stage 1, which consists of two levels of basement parking covering a 6,000m2 footprint, restaurants and shops on ground level with a podium level over the top and six separate apartment buildings above. There is also extensive streetscape and landscaping, including a 250m long shared-space street.
The project is fast-track, with design being carried out in tandem with construction, to help achieve an early handover of the complex for the client. CMP are working closely with all of the consultants to facilitate this fast-track process, and help bring the project in to budget for the client.
